everyones getting kicked out by january 31 due to sale of prop

units are filthy and roach infested quite badly. management NEVER comes to spray units or practice any type of maintenance on their ain. window ac units do not provide sufficient cooling. in that location is non enough parking for all the tenants and we are left parking in the driving expanse instead of an actual infinite. your machine volition be dented and dinged as a result. . and the window units are not new thermal panes. these units take been left to rot so that they volition non accept whatever choice just to exist torn downwards as management wants to build brand new rental units here but the morningside community has voted against it and stopped any plans of building new units here. the ONLY upside to this place is that information technology is in midtown.

I wish I could rate these apartments 0 stars

These apartments are practically uninhabitable. I thank god that nosotros simply had a 6 month lease, considering this flat has been a nightmare. When nosotros moved in, the unit wasn't even make clean... the hardwood floors were filthy and there was dust and clay caked on the floor molding. Every bit I cleaned the kitchen cabinets which had but been repainted, I came beyond several bugs that were underneath the paint, only painted right over. The roach problem is absolutely icky. I guess it's non that bad though if you don't mind waking up to one itch on you in bed, or crawling all over clean dishes in the drying rack. The air conditioners were installed so poorly, especially the one in our bedroom. So poorly installed in fact, each forenoon nosotros would wake up the discover minor pools of dead ANTS at the base of the air conditioner, and we would watch them crawl inside through the foil tape they used to endeavour to cover upward the gaps. Some maintenance workers as well cannot grasp the concept of knocking and Not opening unlocked doors and barging their fashion inside. We take simply used the laundry room once, information technology was repulsive and bug infested and only a few of the machines actually worked. There are not enough parking spaces for anybody, I could go on and on. I wish I could warn every unmarried person considering Oak Knoll to look elsewhere for somewhere to alive. The inexpensive rent and location is enticing, simply definitely not worth it to live in a disgusting roach infested hellhole. Have my advice, spend a couple extra hundred dollars a calendar month to live somewhere nice. Admittedly no one deserves to live here.
